Terms and conditions
- Only codes issued directly by TokyoStays are valid.
- Eligibility, discount value, booking window, stay dates, and expiry are shown with the individual offer.
- Unless the offer states otherwise, coupons apply only to eligible direct bookings and cannot be combined.
- An issued code does not hold inventory or guarantee a booking. Hostaway displays live availability and the final payable total.
- The discount must appear in the checkout total before payment. If it does not, do not complete payment; contact TokyoStays support.
- Coupon codes have no cash value and may be withdrawn if obtained or used fraudulently.
